PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head and a liquid jet apparatus capable of securely connecting drawn wires and connection wires and improving reliability. SOLUTION: The liquid jet head in the liquid jet apparatus is equipped with a passage-forming substrate 10 and piezoelectric elements. The drawn electrodes drawn from the piezoelectric elements and a drive IC for driving the piezoelectric elements are connected by the connection wires which are formed by wire bonding. The liquid jet head is configured such that the length of connection wires 110A provided at least in the vicinity of an edge of the passage-forming substrate 10 is longer than the length of connection wires 110B provided in the central portion of the passage-forming substrate 10 and the height from the drawn wiring 91 of the connection wires 110A provided at least in the vicinity of the edge of the passage-forming substrate 10 is higher than the height of the connection wires 110B provided in the central portion of the passage-forming substrate 10.
