PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method and a device capable of favorably washing the inner surface of a cylindrical part while strictly keeping the machining dimensions of the cylindrical part as an object work in blast processing. SOLUTION: In this washing method, the inner surface of the cylindrical part 10 is washed by abrasive blasting in which the inner surface of the cylindrical part 10 is subjected to blasting of plastic projection material. The plastic projection material emitted from a blasting nozzle 1 is sprayed toward the top 4 of an umbrella-like reflecting part 2 provided opposite to the nozzle 1 without rotating the blasting nozzle 1 for the plastic projection material and the cylindrical part 10, whereby the inner surface of the cylindrical part is subject to blasting by the plastic projection material reflected by the umbrella-like reflecting part 2.
