<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive pipe joint having high sealing performance while allowing the connection to be completed singly by inserting a connected pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe joint comprises an inner cylinder portion and an outer cylinder portion provided outside the inner cylinder portion with a predetermined gap into which the connected pipe is inserted. The inner cylinder portion has a seal member on the outer periphery and a diameter enlarging guide on the outer periphery of the seal member. On the outer periphery of the diameter enlarging guide, a spiral spring is provided in the state that its inner diameter is enlarged by the diameter enlarging guide.
