<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a metal oxide cluster via a phenylazomethine dendrimer-metal cluster with a more highly controlled structure. <P>SOLUTION: Metal equivalent to the imino groups of each generation of dendrimer is controlled, a metal salt is added to the phenylazomethine dendrimer in a solvent, complexation is performed, and the resulting solution is reacted with moisture, whereby the objective metal oxide cluster is manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
