<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility maintenance management device capable of sequentially acquiring whether cost spent for maintenance of a facility in a plant or the like is within a range of a budget or not, or relation between the budget and the maintenance cost. <P>SOLUTION: This facility maintenance management device stores inspection time and an inspection period of each facility constituent item included in the facility, and receives input of the facility constituent item and each the inspection time when executing the inspection of the facility constituent item. The facility maintenance management device reads the inspection period of the facility constituent item received with the input from an inspection time/inspection period storage means, and calculates future inspection time on and after each the inspection execution time on the basis of the facility constituent item, the inspection period and the inspection time when executing the inspection. The facility maintenance management device records already executed inspection cost of each the facility constituent item, and calculates total cost of the inspection cost in an arbitrary period of each the facility constituent item, each average cost of the multiple inspection execution in the arbitrary period, and total cost of all the facility constituent items in the arbitrary period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
