PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp health condition in time of long-hours duty to properly prevent health impairment by excessively heavy load of an employee.

SOLUTION: A health care data server 9 extracts a long-hours worker on the basis of collected entrance/exit information or working information. The health care data server 9 transmits instruction information of the effect of performing of a health check to a workplace employee terminal 3 of the long-hours worker. The workplace employee terminal 3 produces health check information according to operation of a workplace employee A3 and transmits it to the health care data server 9. The health care data server 9 stores the received health check information in a health care database associatively to the employee. The health care data server 9 extracts the health check information from the health care database in response to requirement from a health care department terminal 2, and distributes it to the health care department terminal 2.
