<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tableware washing system which efficiently executes the washing of used tableware and a tableware basket in a washing device, eliminates an error of an operator and reduces the trouble. <P>SOLUTION: The tableware washing system is equipped with an IC tag 2 which is attached to the tableware basket 1 and is a noncontact information medium and a reader 13 which is disposed in a tableware basket washing line of the washing device including from an injection aperture to an extraction aperture for the tableware basket and reads at least the identification information of the tableware basket of the IC tag 2, wherein the information of the IC tag 2 read by the reader 13 is received by a control unit 17 and the number of the tableware to be supplied from a tableware supplying device 15 into the washing device 5 and the number of the washed tableware 3 to be accumulated in a tableware arranging device 16 are set by an order from the control unit 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
