<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile-phone unit for a vision challenging person capable of instantaneously recognizing input characters without enlargement. <P>SOLUTION: On the inside of each dial key 5 in which a braille-points output device is built in, the six pins incorporated in each dial key are made to project according to braille-points information so that the braille-points may be output. Text information of incoming mails etc. are output to the dial key 5 so that reading of braille-points for a maximum of 12 pieces may become possible at once. In the case that braille-points information is 12 or more pieces, a specific key is operated. In a predetermined time interval the following text or the previous text is output by 12 pieces at a time, or one character is shifted by one character. Further, in the case of a character input, whenever the dial key is pressed, a character according to the pressed number of times is changed into braille-points information, and a braille-points output is carried out. A character expressed as braille-points output is input by pressing the character enter key.
