PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a plastic lens in a high yield by preventing a tape base material or a sticky substance from adhering to the molding surface of a lens molding cavity at the time of cast molding of the plastic lens. SOLUTION: In the lens molding cavity 1, a tape 2 is wound at the position of the maximum gap Pmax in the periphery of first and second glass molds 10 and 20 in a state coinciding with the raw material injection port 3 arranged to the tape 2 before winding and a raw material injection pipe 4 (see Fig. 1) is inserted in the raw material injection port 3 to inject a plastic lens raw material 31 to complete the plastic lens 30 through polymerization treatment or the like.
