PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce diffusion inside a body of an air flow taken into a device from the outside of the body. SOLUTION: In a system of an air intake system at a rail stay part, for increasing the suction efficiency from a medium discharge opening or preventing errors and outflow due to the carriage action, one or a plurality of ribs are set to extend all over the sectional region inside the device from a cover and in a longitudinal direction.
