OPERATION DIAGNOSIS METHOD AND ITS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fairly diagnose a safety operation and saved fuel consumption without being influenced by a travelling location and condition. SOLUTION: An operation diagnosis method comprises: a step of receiving behavior data of a vehicle acquired from a car navigation system 4; a step of determining a travelling attribute of a vehicle on the basis of the behavior data; a step of calculating acceleration distribution from time series information on the basis of the behavior data; and a step of generating safety diagnosis contents for every travelling attribute by statistically processing the acceleration distribution. Further, the operation diagnosis method comprises: a step of receiving the behavior data of a vehicle acquired via a sensor 31 built in the vehicle; a step of determining the travelling attribute of a vehicle from the behavior data; a step of generating the time series information on the basis of the behavior data and calculating an amount of fuel consumption by comparing with a fuel consumption map; a step of generating saved fuel consumption operation diagnosis contents for every travelling attribute; and a step of outputting a warning by comparing with a threshold value of each diagnostic item.
