PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten response time, reduce mobile power consumption and improve efficiency of band using, when a mobile acquires information like a WWW page. SOLUTION: A cache management device 10 includes a cache status management part 12 and a short-distance communication propriety management department 13. The cache status management part 12 matches mobiles 20, 30, 40, 50 with WWW pages which are held by these mobiles and manages them so as to be update enable. When downloading request of WWW page is generated from the mobile 20 to a WWW server 60, the mobiles 30, 40 which hold the page concerned are detected from the mobiles 30, 40, 50. The short-distance communication propriety management department 13 detects the mobile 40 to which the mobile 20 can perform short-distance communication. The cache status management part 12 holds the WWW page and informs ID of the mobile 40 in which short-distance communication with the mobile 20 is possible to the mobile 20.
