PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new epoxy-curing accelerator satisfying both solubility and quick curing property which are difficult in conventional curing accelerators, jointly, and further capable of achieving the high speed curing property of a curing composition by using the same at a low temperature, and the curing composition by using the same. SOLUTION: This curing accelerator is characterized by having a structure having each≥1 urea group and urethane group in one molecule, imparting the solubility without damaging the curing accelerating capacity of the urea group by introducing the urethane group and further improving the cure-accelerating capacity by the introduction of a substituent having a specific structure for achieving the high speed curing property of the curing composition by using the same under a low temperature.
