PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational power generator capable of facilitating production of rotational power by magnetic field control. SOLUTION: This rotational power generator 1 produces rotational power by magnetic-field control. The generator includes a container body 6 containing a magnetic fluid 2 and a non-magnetic fluid 4 which are different in specific gravity from each other, and a fluid resistor 8 which is installed on the inner surface of the container body 6 and serves as a resistance with respect to the flow of the magnetic fluid 2 and the non-magnetic fluid 4.
