摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing three-terminal solid electrolytic capacitor elements with a high productivity. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the three-terminal solid electrolytic capacitor elements includes: a step of forming through holes in valve action metal foil at regular intervals; a step of making the parts sandwiched by the adjacent through holes into capacitor elements each having an anode lead out part and a cathode forming part, pasting pieces of insulating tape from both sides of the valve action metal foil so that it may cover at least a part of the anode lead out parts and the inside of the through holes, overlapping the pieces of insulating tape pasted from both sides one onto the other inside the through holes in the part extending from the end of the through holes to their insides and applying insulating covering to the section of the through holes and the anode lead out parts by pressure bonding the pieces of insulating tape in their overlapping position; a step of forming a solid electrolyte layer and then a cathode electrode layer in the cathode forming parts; a step of partially removing the insulating tape formed on the anode lead out parts; and a step of cutting the covered parts of the sections of the through holes for separating the whole into individual elements.
