PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip mechanism where a relative angle between the clip mechanism and a small electronic apparatus is set in an arbitrary position and the relative angle which is set can be maintained against certain external force. SOLUTION: The clip mechanism is provided with a substrate 10 that can rotatably be fitted to a member to be fitted 40, a lever 30 which is rotatably fitted in the substrate 10 and a lock plate 20 which is positioned between the substrate 10 and the lever 30 and is opened/closed by rotation of the lever 30.
