PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment capable of efficiently managing setting information in the electronic equipment without increasing the traffic of a network. SOLUTION: This electronic equipment transmitting its parameter setting value to a management device in response to a setting value response requirement using an SNMP transmitted from the management device has: a setting value storage means storing a default value and a present value about each of a plurality of parameters; a setting mode storage means storing a set setting value acquisition mode; a reception means receiving the setting value response requirement from the management device; and a transmission means transmitting only the present value of the parameter different from the default value to the management device among the present values stored in the setting value storage means when the reception means receives the setting value response requirement when the setting value acquisition mode stored in the setting mode storage means is a change parameter acquisition mode.
