PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that enables a user to easily and surely obtain and install a program. SOLUTION: The system includes: an identification information holding means for storing identification information for specifying a predetermined program; a mobile terminal that obtains the identification information from the identification information holding means; and an address management server that stores address data to a program management server storing the program matching the identification information. The mobile terminal has the functions of accessing the address management server to send the identification information obtained from the identification information holding means, accessing via the address management server the program management server that stores the program matching the identification information to obtain the program from the program management server, and installing the program in the mobile terminal.
