PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission path for X-ray with no leak of X-ray to the exterior, high efficiency, long scale and plenty of flexibility. SOLUTION: The transmission path constituted of thin wall glass fine tube 2 can improve transmission efficiency by raising X-ray reflectivity on the inner surface of glass fine tubes by providing the inner wall of the tube with a metal layer having a smooth surface. Also, by providing the outer wall of the tube with a metal layer of a thickness not damaging flexibility, the transmission path for X-ray blocks the leak of X-ray to the outside. By selecting a proper metal for using X-ray wavelength and installing, a transmission path for X-ray with extremely high transmission efficiency can be achieved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
