PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain frosting in a supercooling unit, without separately arranging an electric heater. SOLUTION: In this refrigeration device, the supercooling unit 1F for storing a supercooling heat exchanger 71 of a liquid refrigerant, is arranged in a first connecting liquid pipe P1 of a refrigerant circuit 10 for performing a two-stage compression type refrigerating cycle. The supercooling unit 1F has a supercooling passage 74 for flowing the refrigerant so as to supercool the liquid refrigerant of the supercooling heat exchanger 71 by a branch refrigerant branching off from the first connecting liquid pipe P1. In the supercooling unit 1F, a hot gas pipe 77 for flowing a delivery refrigerant of a booster compressor 61, is arranged so as to pass through the vicinity of the supercooling passage 74 and the supercooling heat exchanger 71.
