PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce harmful influence of fuel staying in a vicinity of injection port in a fuel injection valve. SOLUTION: In the fuel injection valve, a nozzle plate 8 including a dome shape bulge part 8b bulging a center part to an injection destination direction is provided on a tip part, a circumference wall 3b surrounding the nozzle plate 8 is formed to form a fuel reservoir G by surface tension of fluid between the circumference edge part of the bulge part 8b and an inner wall surface 3c of the circumference wall 3b, and an injection hole 8c is provided at a position exposing from the fuel reservoir G in the bulge part 8b.
