PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser-markable thermoplastic resin composition which has a conductivity and impact resistance and is excellent in color development. SOLUTION: The laser-markable thermoplastic resin composition contains (A) a resin which comprises 5-95 wt% thermoplastic resin (A1) chosen from a polyamide resin and a polyolefin resin and 5-95 wt% elastomer or a resin containing an elastomer component (A2) and contains≤80 wt% styrene elastomer or styrene resin, (B) a black pigment and (C) a conductive filler.
