PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for conductive materials, capable of forming a conductive layer excellent in carrier transport property, to provide a conductive material excellent in carrier transport property and obtained by using the composition, to provide conductive layers mainly composed of the conductive material, and to provide electronic devices and electronic equipment having high reliability. SOLUTION: The composition for conductive materials is prepared by polymerizing a compound represented by general formula (1) and a urethane (meth)acrylate-based crosslinking agent by using a photopolymerizing initiator.
