PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently recovering a polymer composition without causing problems of flocculation, adhesion to a wall of a polymerization vessel, or the like even when the polymer composition contains a copolymer having a low viscosity. SOLUTION: The method for recovering the polymer composition comprises recovering a polymer composition that is comprised of an aromatic vinyl compound-isoprene block copolymer and a conjugated diene polymer and has a melt index of at least 20 by subjecting a solution of the aromatic vinyl compound-isoprene block copolymer to steam stripping in the presence of the conjugated diene polymer.
