PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin lotion rich in silicone oil and excellent in feeling. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the transparent to translucent emulsified skin lotion comprising (A) 5-20% of an oil phase comprising silicone oil and a higher alcohol with 14-22 carbon atoms and satisfying following requirements, (B) at least one selected from lecithin, fatty acid ester of polyglycerin or fatty acid ester of sugar, (C) a polyhydric alcohol, (D) water, wherein the weight ratio of (A)/(B) is 3-12, and the emulsion is obtained by a high pressure emulsification.
