PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agrochemical active ingredient release controlling type agrochemical composition capable of easily and economically giving agrochemical granular agent having excellent physical property of gradually releasing, after dispersed, agrochemical active ingredient high in water solubility. SOLUTION: The composition comprises, expressed in terms of solid,≥90 mass% total of a specific agrochemical active ingredient release controlling agent, a specific agrochemical active ingredient and a filler, which release controlling agent comprises an organic phosphate ester and a water-based resin emulsion, wherein the specific agrochemical active ingredient release controlling agent of 1-20 mass%, the specific agrochemical active ingredient of 1-50 mass% and the filler of 25-85 mass% are included.
