<p>The oil transfer component (5) and an additional cup (10) provided, are designed to assure entry of oil into the hollow cavity (2) of the gear shaft (1). The oil transfer component is a pressure disc (5a). Between this disc and the inside of the cup, an oil accumulation chamber is formed. Along the periphery of the disc, openings are cut out, or a clearance is formed with the cup, for oil flow into the chamber. A central outlet opening (6) allows flow out of chamber into the hollow shaft. The disc is fixed inside the cup, preventing relative rotation between them. In a variant, the oil transfer component includes impeller vanes and is fixed to the gear shaft. It includes a baseplate with central opening. There are several impeller vanes on the baseplate, each making an angle of 30[deg]-90[deg] with it. Each runs in a straight- or curved line between the opening and the outer edge. The outer diameter of the impeller is 1.5-2 times the outer diameter of the gear shaft. The diameter of the passage in the base plate is half the diameter of the shaft cavity. The impeller disc is stamped from sheet metal or is alternatively, a plastic injection molding. The impeller is closed at the front and rear, with a sealing cover facing its base plate.</p> |
