<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrogen peroxide water for an aseptic packaging apparatus, the water which is safe and is prevented from depositing or remaining in a spray nozzle or an evaporating machine to choke a thin piping portion such as a nozzle, resulting in stable operation of an aseptic packaging apparatus for beverage containers. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogen peroxide water to be introduced into an aseptic packaging apparatus and to be used by heating and vaporizing is characterized in that a stabilizer added to the hydrogen peroxide water comprises sodium pyrophosphate and orthophosphoric acid and the total addition amount is specified to ≤40 ppm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
