<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is necessary to physically rub off the specimen high in viscosity, which is not removed by automatic washing operation, using a brush or the like or to dissolve the same using a strong washing agent, for example, sodium hypochlorite in the coating device of an automatic electrophoretic apparatus but a coating chip is easy to damage because of its precise structure and there is the deterioration fear cause by the strong washing agent and the remaining fear of a contaminant and an infections substance. <P>SOLUTION: A disposable coater is used in the coating device of the automatic electrophoretic apparatus and made inexpensive and can be incinerated after used because it is constituted so as to suck a sample by utilizing the capillary phenomenon of paper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
