<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the following problem: when an ordering user performs a print order in an output base, a document file cannot be normally opened/printed in the output base. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic document reception system is registered with a supported file format, application and its version. When the ordering user performs the print order, the file format of the designated document file, the application and the version are compared.
