<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a plurality of kinds of security functions even for a printer equipped with a wireless module capable of having only a storage device having a restricted capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A storage part provided in a printing control part is mounted with various security programs for securing the security of wireless communication data. Information for specifying a kind of security used for wireless communication is set in a storage part provided in a wireless communication part.
