<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic interpretation machine allowing a traveler to enjoy traveling abroad singly in the same way as a travel accompanied by an interpreter. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic interpretation machine of wireless microphone type incorporating a system interpreting Japanese into five languages including English, French, German, Korean, and Chinese automatically is devised to allow the Japanese people to enjoy conversation with foreigners freely in a form of interview with foreigners. For this reason, voice obtained by a common microphone is interpreted into the selected foreign language and is transmitted to a partner through a foreign language speaker to receive a response from the partner through a Japanese language speaker from the microphone by an automatic interpretation system for conversation. This automatic interpretation machine is provided with the common microphone enabling these procedures, the automatic interpretation system, the foreign language speaker, the Japanese language speaker, and selection buttons and selection keys for English, French, German, Korean, and Chinese and incorporates a battery capable of being charged even in a foreign country. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
