<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of improving the reliability of the act of the approval of company activities, verifications and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A company system 10 and a verification preserving service provider device 20 that manages process information on the business process of a company and verification information arising in the business process are connected via the Internet 100. The company system 10 comprises a process information transmission means and a verification information transmission means for transmitting the process information and the verification information to the proxy information management device 20. The verification preserving service provider device 20 comprises: a process information entry means and a verification information entry means for receiving the process information and the verification information from the company system 10 and making the entry of the same in a business process record database (DB) 30; and a proof information transmission means for accepting a reference request for the process information and the verification information from the company system 10, extracting from the business process record DB 30 the process information and the verification information based on the reference request, and transmitting the result of extraction to the company system 10 as proof information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
