<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a head lamp capable of smoothly moving the head lamp to a rear side of a bumper reinforce while suppressing the generation of reaction force, when a front surface collision input is inputted in a head lamp arranged part. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting bracket 12 is provided so as to surround an outer lens 11 of the head lamp 10, and the head lamp 10 is mounted to the bumper reinforce 6 by using a vehicular width direction inner end portion of the mounting bracket 12 as a fulcrum P. The head lamp P rotates a second end portion side to a vehicle rear side about the fulcrum P. When front collision input acts on the head lamp 10, the head lamp 10 is smoothly moved to the rear side of the bumper reinforce 6, and a bumper fascia can be largely bent and deformed to the rear side of a vehicle body. A predetermined output value is generated on a collision sensor 3 arrange at a bumper fascia front surface portion, thereby making a hood lifting mechanism normally operate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
