PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read information aloud in voice while taking information leakage and protection of privacy of a person who sets the information into consideration. SOLUTION: A voice reading-aloud method and a device include an input means for inputting setting information to be set and a storage means for storing it, a means of specifying secret information S to be kept secret in the setting information, a converting means F of converting the secret information S, and a voice reading-aloud means of reading aloud generated information (having relation T=F(S)) generated by the converting means F.
