PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect certainly about the sudden amount of a sound to an operator's ear, and to enable it to catch a voice as information for an alarm object certainly and clearly. SOLUTION: The operator holds a portable telephone 1 by a telephone conversation position. If there is a call termination when words message currently output from a voice output unit 8 is heard, a controller 17 generates swinging as an alarm for calling an attention from a vibrator 27, and outputs the ringtone of the relatively large amount of the sound to the voice output unit 8 at the timing which can be presumed that the operator fully separates the portable telephone 1 from his ears. By this, operator's ear can be certainly protected from the sudden amount of the sound much more.
