PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously variable inductor the inductance. SOLUTION: The variable inductor 10 is provided with coils 3, 4 and a variable resistive element 6. The coil 3 is formed on an insulating material 2 formed on a principal side of a silicon board 1, and the variable resistive element 6 is provided to the open end of the coil 3.
