PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detecting method for warning the processing delay of a device where there is any possibility that data are lost taking into consideration the temperature abnormality of hardware and the delay of adjustment processing. SOLUTION: In each time decided for estimating the processing delay of hardware, a reference processing telegraphic message is transmitted to a recording part, a response to the transmitted reference processing telegraphic message is received, and a reference processing time acquired by a time acquisition function is compared with a preliminarily set delay reference value. When the reference processing time is the delay reference value or more, counting is performed, and when it is less than the delay reference value, clear is recorded, and when the recorded value reaches the preliminarily set continuous set constant or more, it is decided that the abnormality of temperature or abnormality due to the adjustment of the hardware has been caused, and the abnormality is detected.
