PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a standard space into a variety of spaces matching needs of tenants. SOLUTION: In an apartment house 1 formed of a plurality of living rooms 3, a plurality of sills 31a, 31b, and 31c dividing rooms from one another are installed in the living rooms 3 parallel with each other, and a group is formed of a plurality of sliding doors 33 fitted to either of the sills. One set of sliding doors 33 comprises an abutted projection part 37 on one side of the center core of their facing surfaces 35 and 36, and an abutted groove 39 corresponding to the abutted projection on the other side. One set of the sliding doors 33 is used at a specified portion in an abutted or flap state. By properly combining specification settings of the sills and sliding doors 33 at any of the preformed portions, a wall or an openable sliding door 33 can be formed according to the room to be divided.
