PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AAS resin composition having excellent impact resistance, fluidity, surface gloss and heat stability, solving a bronze phenomenon and having good weather resistance in a light-color system. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition is composed of a graft polymer (A) composed of a graft polymer (A-1) and a graft polymer (A-2) and a copolymer (B). The graft polymer (A-1) is obtained by polymerizing an acrylic ester rubber (a-1-1) having <0.2μm weight-average particle diameter,≥20% of a toluene-insoluble portion, 5-50 degree of swelling of the toluene-insoluble portion and≥30,000 weight-average molecular weight of a THF-soluble portion with a monomer (a-2) composed of an aromatic vinyl, a vinyl cyanide and an alkyl (meth)acrylate and has 40-150% graft ratio. The graft polymer (A-2) is prepared by polymerizing an acrylic ester rubber (a-1-2) having 0.2-0.6μm weight-average particle diameter,≥80% of a toluene-insoluble portion, 5-35 degree of swelling of the toluene-insoluble portion and≥30,000 weight-average molecular weight of a THF-soluble portion with the monomer (a-2) and has 10-60% graft ratio. The copolymer (B) is composed of 10-49.5 wt% of the aromatic vinyl, 0-10 wt% of the vinyl cyanide and 50.5-90 wt% of the alkyl (meth)acrylate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
