PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for increasing uptake of an objective substance in cerebral capillary endothelial cells. SOLUTION: The composition increases uptake of an objective substance in cerebral capillary endothelial cells and contains a liposome that has a maleimide group-introduced hydrophilic polymer on the surface thereof and the objective substance sealed inside.
