PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe anchoring work method with simple construction, in which a boring machine is easy to move even if its weight increases. SOLUTION: For boring work, wires 31 to 33 are shortened while a wire 38, and a boring machine 26 keeps its vertical position relative to the slope where it is located, with its end being in contact there. Under this condition, the wires 31 to 33 are lengthened and the wire 38 is shortened to raise the boring machine 26 from the slope ground surface. And a wire 6 is wound up while keeping the boring machine 26 floating up from the slope surface. Thereby the wire 6 displaces horizontally, and the boring machine 26 displaces in a state floating up from the slope surface, following the displacement of the wire 6 via the wires 31 to 33.
