PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and rapidly perform work while shortening a distance that a worker has to carry material on a scaffolding board. SOLUTION: A plurality of rails 1 are used and installed at several suitable places of the construction scaffolding B constructed to surround a building structure. A winch 15, a lifting support frame 33 lifted guided by the rails by the operation of the winch 15, and a cage body 74 detachably connected to the lifting support frame 33, are made a set, and the set of carrying components is set to the required rail out of the rails 1 to carry the material.
