PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standing pouch that prevents wrinkles from being formed as a result of filling the pouch with contents and that ensures improved self-standing property. SOLUTION: The standing pouch 1 includes a pair of films 2 and 3, i.e., front and back films, which have seals 6 and 7 formed along their peripheral edges, and a bottom film 4 half-folded and disposed at the lower ends of the front and back films 2 and 3 and having seals 8 formed along their peripheral edges. The upper edges 2a and 3a and left and right edges 2c and 3c and 2d and 3d of the front and back films 2 and 3 are sealed to each other. The bottom film 4 is sealed to the front and back films 2 and 3.
