PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the accurate contained amount data for nitrate nitrogen and other components by attaching it to a vegetable which is a shipping out object. SOLUTION: Chinese cabbage is sample-cropped one week ahead of the shipment, and is sent to a third party monitor company and a third party taste evaluation organization. The third party monitor company measures the nitrate nitrogen amount, a chlorophyll amount and the sugar degree, and the third party taste evaluation organization performs a taste evaluation. The producer receives data from them, and constitutes a display section at a part on the surface of a packaging box at the time of the shipment, and the Chinese cabbage is shipped out while the data are displayed. At a super market being the destination, the Chinese cabbage in the packaging box is subdivided, and is sold while being housed in a small bag. On the small bag, the content of the display section on the packaging box is transferred, and a display section being the component displaying means is constituted. In addition, at the supermarket being the destination, a liquid crystal monitor constituting the component displaying means is arranged in a vicinity of a shelf on which the Chinese cabbage is displayed, and the content of the display section on the packaging box is displayed on the liquid crystal monitor.
