<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas dilution device of a fuel cell of which dilution performance of hydrogen gas can be secured at a higher level and more economically advantageously. <P>SOLUTION: A gas guide-in port 14 and a gas exhaust port 26 are provided at a device main body 10 equipped with an accommodation space 18 capable of accommodating hydrogen gas exhausted from an anode electrode side, an air circulation tube body 36 through which air exhausted from a cathode electrode side is circulated is made protruded so as a mixture space 40 to be formed between itself and and the gas exhaust port 26, from a tip opening 38 of which the air is to be blown out toward the gas exhaust port 26 through the mixture space 40.
