<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high gloss decorative sheet having a high gloss feeling, excellent in mirror surface properties and marking erasing properties and having an ionizing radiation curable resin, which suppresses the slip properties of a panel at the time of processing of the decorative sheet into a decorative panel, in its surface protective layer, and a decorative panel constituted by joining the decorative sheet and a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The high gloss decorative sheet is made excellent in antistaining properties, marker erasing properties and cellophane resistance, enhanced in leveling properties, surface smoothness and transparency and suppressed in slip properties and keeps characteristics having a tendency wherein these properties are set off with each other originally at a high level by adding silicone high in lifting effect (surface floating effect) and silicone high in the compatibility with the ionizing radiation curable resin to the ionizing radiation curable resin formed as the surface protective layer individually or simultaneously. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
