PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing apparatus for stirring liquid to which a specimen and a reagent are mixed efficiently even if the specimen and the reagent are dispensed to vessels at a plurality of locations. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic irradiation device 101, having a cylindrical frame body 103, a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators 105, and a nearly cylindrical bag 107 composed so that it can supply and discharge an ultrasonic transmission medium, is provided at the work region of the dispensing apparatus. Before dispensing a prescribed amount of liquid to a microplate, ultrasonic waves are applied toward liquid in a nozzle chip 19 that has sucked a desired liquid for stirring the liquid.
