PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser constituted so as to prevent a change in the temperature of a liquid sucked when the liquid is dispensed. SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 21 for measuring the temperature of the sucked liquid and a sheetlike Peltier element 92 for heating or cooling the sucked liquid are provided to a pipette chip 62 constituting a pipette along with a pipette head 87. A temperature control part 90, which is constituted by connecting the temperature sensor 91 and the Peltier element 92 through respective terminals 94 and 95, controls the ON/OFF of the current supply of the Peltier element 92 and the supply direction of a current based on the measuring result of the temperature sensor 91 to heat or cool the liquid sucked by the pipette chip 62 and holds the temperature of the sucked liquid so as to keep the same constant in an arbitrary value.
