PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk apparatus in which wobbling of an optical disk can be suppressed and damage to the optical disk due to contact can be prevented as much as possible. SOLUTION: The apparatus is the optical disk apparatus in which an objective lens 2 is arranged opposing to the optical disk A while rotating the flexible optical disk A, and access is performed optically, the apparatus is provided with a stabilizer 3 approached to one side of the optical disk A near the objective lens 2 when the optical disk A is rotated, this stabilizer 3 has an opposing plane 31 of a convex plane shape for the optical disk A and the opposing plane 31 is deformed when it comes into contact with the optical disk A.
